Suprapubic maneuver of right anterior shoulder dystocia - Delivery maneuver

Delivery injury depicts the right anterior shoulder becoming impacted on the pubic symphysis causing stretching of the brachial plexus nerves.  Suprapubic pressure is applied to dislodge the shoulder and free it from the pubic symphysis.
